When Leo and I tried to change the status and the names of the Dorm Heads -- the screen filled up with error messages. All in that same style as the red handwriting.

Yes. There was also a warning not to delete any records entirely because the archival and retrieval system was down.

... I wish we could have done something for the Heads, but I suppose it wouldn't have been that easy.
